Pulse width modulation with BS2?

If you can't find something more suitable, I could customize a Pulse
Machine to do what you describe (or you could, the PM-1 code is
posted). It would be a roughly $20 solution.

for my application. I need frequencies around 5-10 kHz with the ability to
modify the duty cycle from 0 to 100% (with as much resolution as possible).
