Multiple Sensor Detection

Does the BasicStamp2 have the capability of reading 4 load sensors
simultaneously (loads will not be the same), then taking these
voltage readings and sending them all through the LTC1298 A/D and
then displaying the results on a 4x20 Serial LCD?
Would I need more than 1 Stamp to accomplish all of this? Or is this
just a matter of timing consideration when writing the code? All
suggestions or comments welcome.

Also, has anyone used the 'Wedge' that I saw on the Rentron.com site?
