i have dealt with them before, i am very satisfied with there service. as far
as the shipping goes most places charge according to sub total of price
unless its a heavy weight product and the more charges will apply

company. Can anyone back this up? Anyone from Canada dealt with them? Why
are their shipping and handling rates dependant on the sub-total of the
order? Price doesn't imply weight. I am thinking of ordering the ASC16,
and would like to do it soon. please help.
