File upload area

Why do you need a file upload area? Since this maillist is hosted on eGroups
there is a stamp file upload/downloaad area available to all list members. I
just checked it out and there are only a few posts there. It is the
appropriate place for storing/archiving files that others on the list might
like to look at or use. While it is genereous of someone to donate file
space, it is quite unnecessary.
