Jupiter GPS receiver antenna question

Hi,
don't know if anyone has suggested this, but some cellphones are
sporting very tiny antenna connectors (SMA, etc.). Perhaps this could be a
cheap antenna source for the GPS board.

Apparently these do not need an active antenna if they are working
with a straight wire. Digi-Key has a GPS patch antenna module.
