BUILD A DIGITAL WATT AND WATT-HOUR METER - Dan Harrison
.....
There is a Nuts & Volts Archive on the Web.
<<

Where is this archive? - I couldn't find it at the nuts & volts
site - only an offer to sell back issues and some program files.

Thanks... premena

    Steve:
I passed on that reference from Larry Gaminde...did not go there. I just
searched Nuts & Volts site and found some back issue references, but could
not find Aug 99. Maybe Larry or someone else knows how to get there.

I think you will have to get the back issue.
It looks like a in depth article they are using a mc68hc705p6
microcontroller and it says that they needed the on chip timer running
at 10khz for watt hour accumulation. they used an optoisolator for the
input using a shunt across two inputs If your going to do it then get
the back issue it may answer all of your questions, If you need more
