I just began using a BasicStamp2 and I was wondering if there is a
way to copy the data that shows on the debug screen. Or if there
isn't, is there some set of commands to send the data into another
program like a MS Word or MS Excel? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
Thanks,
Al

If you read in the data with any terminal program (like Hyperterminal)
you can log all the incoming data to a file. In Hyperterminal make a new
connection that is 'direct to comX' then choose the 'capture text' option
under the 'Transfer' button. It will prompt you for a file name to save the
incoming text under. When you're done grabbing the data, read the file and
you can cut and paste it into whatever program...

active window. Open MSWord or Paint and paste it in with Ctrl + V. Then
print as you normally would from your application.

The software available from <http://www.selmaware.com/> may be
helpful for your application. It is called S-plot, I think.
