Hi Wayne,
Thanks for your kind words.
Phillippe's original is 4 pages. He attached it as a word document to the
list (that's why I didn't provide that format). Can you read a Word file? If
not, I can PDF and e-mail it to you. If there is enough interest, I can post
that version also. What do people want? PDF? RTF? DOC? HTML would be too
messy I imagine.
If you are interested, I'd say e-mail me off list alw@a... so as
not to chew up the list.
