Does anyone know of a website out there, that has
a graphic library of electronic symbols?
I am putting together a paper, and would like to
import those graphics in order to make my
illustrations more attractive.

How about an electronics CAD package, like CircuitMaker ? You
could use a screen capture utility like HardCopy to make copies of
all the symbols....
