Hello all,
Ive been told that making a system to control the stamp using
trancievers is a very hard project with a high failure rate.
Is this true and if so i need any help from any one in how to
construct the system.
Please email me at Corman01@g...
Thank you Cory

Parallax sells RF modules for communications up to 250 ft. They use serial
communications to a Stamp. Their stuff is well-made and should be reliable.

    Hello Cory,

Well I guess it will depend what you want to do with it. How exactly do you
want to 'control' the stamp? With a PC? One option for sending wireless
signals to a stamp is to use a standard RC receiver and the 'Pulsin'
command. With this scheme, you could send proportional control signals to
the stamp. Another option is to send data serially using wireless modules
    available from various sources:

    http://www.linxtechnologies.com/main.html

    http://www.radiometrix.co.uk/

The US distributor for Radiometrix modules is Lemos:

    http://www.lemosint.com/

I've had great luck with Abacom:

    http://www.abacom-tech.com/

All of these modules work in essentially the same way. Check out the data
sheets and you'll see that that using them is pretty straightforward (data
in >> data out). With these modules, it's within anyones grasp to make a
    wireless system...

    Hope this helps, Duncan
