Hi yah,
A manual is a good place to start. It's not to hard to learn about PLCs
I did it when I was 13. I am 15 now and been playing with PLCs and stamps
for a wile now. Go to http://www.ab.com/ I can't remember exactly but there
should be a page where you can print up some muanals. Ladder Logic is a
fairly simple lang. to master, but you will need to get their software which
will cost yah (-sigh- what doesn't?). I can help you some if you like but my
knollege is all self taught and I only know the basics (well a bit more than
that). Also on the subject line of your msgs that aren't on topic put [OT]
as you don't want to upset the memebers of this list, I have seen it happen
it's not a pretty sight =). Also I never said I could spell to well =) but I
do know a lot about comps. and elec. Any way read a maunal and browse the AB
sight for some info. I know some one who programs em as a job I can pass any
questions on to him if you like. Just thought I would throw my 2 cents in =)
Have a good day!
