BASIC Stamp Educator''s Course at Parallax

Hello,
Registration is now open for the Parallax-hosted BASIC Stamp Educator's
course at our facility in Rocklin, California. The class is August 15-16.
During these two days we're going to focus on writing PBASIC code,
interfacing circuits to the BASIC Stamp, robotics, weather, sensors, etc.
Course includes a tour of the BASIC Stamp factory, our kitting and
manufacturing operation (including pick-n-place), a presentation by the
Stamp creator (maybe a sneak preview of upcoming products?).
The class has a small fee of $45 to cover lunch for two days, breakfast, and
the components we consume during the course. The class limit is 20 people
and three are already signed up. This class is for educators only - high
school, vo-tech, college, and university instructors are invited. We provide
loaner hardware for the class, but you'll need to bring a laptop computer.
