While you're on the subject of Linux, I'm looking for software to run
on Linux that performs I2C. I'd like my Linux machine to act as the
"Master Brain" on a larger-scale 'bot and have it send commands to
sub-systems based on BS2's (propulsion, steering, proximitry sensors,
etc.). Anyone know of ANY Linux programs, routines, utilties, etc. of
anykind that can be used with robots and Stamps???

Thanks,
--- Jay

hi

i'm having e-mail trouble again so sorry if you don't all of this message

i wrote parallax inc. to ask them about it· they said they aredeveloping it so it should arrive soon :)

about the controlling robots and stuff well I think there is a basicthat does what you're asking· linux has all the free and good programminglanguages come with it or it should do it should have:

perl :www.perl.com
java
c
c++
fortrain
basic
Etc...

there are practically zillions of languages that will control robotsand such that come with linux.
as for the libs and so on try: www.tucows.comor www.linuxstart.com
