I am really new to using stamps, does anyone have a suggestion on how to use
a stamp to drive a 4-20ma signal in a 24vdc control loop?

I'm currently using an Analog Devices AD694 4-20mA Transmitter I.C.
which has either a 0-2Volt or 0-10Volt full scale input as the control
signal. Love the I.C. - its output is extreemly stable. I haven't
interfaced it to a BS2 as yet, but believe that the 0-2V or 0-10V control
signal could be generated from the BS2 via a D/A converter. Try Maxim at
www.maxim-ic.com they have an incredible variety of micro-controler
interface products.
Hope this helps - let me know,
Tim
