Does anybody know how to use a HPC (Handheld PC) to run the BS@
Stamp2.exe program.

This link should help. It is an 80186 emulator for HPCs. I tried it for
a few hours some months ago
on my NEC MobilePro 200. (Not with the BS2 Editor... just messing around
in DOS)

the HPCs run Windows CE, they do not have an Intel processor in them.

board of education to control a 16x4 LCD display. I have interfaced
a palm pilot to the db9 of the board of education so that I can
control the LCD via the palm. I have been quite successful so far.
One annoying thing is that I have to bring the stamp back to my
desktop PC to program. If I could find the technical data that I
need, I would write a stamp editor/programmer for the palm. It would
be sweet to program the basic stamp from a palm while sunning at
the beach!
