hehe, I actually thought this was a place for hobbyists to meet and exchange
ideas and such. But after posting for some help, the replies I received were
to buy a book, as if I dont have enough tech manuals to read at work.
Needless to say, Ive accomplished everything I set out to do just by trial
and error, so I didnt need another manual, just some hints. So I agree with
you, this is crappy, why am I still here??

You just came in at the wrong time. In the past this list has been
*extremely* busy. This list has (or used too have) some really smart people
    on it.

Apologies to the group for any misunderstanding on my "crappy list" comment.
Some apparantly misinterpreted my comments to be related to the quality of
the participants and/or responses...that was certainly not my intention.

My "crappy" comment was directed at the eList quality, or lack thereof.
Since being taken over by the new list folks, the messages have been
suffering from inconsistent delivery quality, and it seems quality members
    are fleeing in droves.

To all regulars: keep up the good work.
