PC boards cheap

I tried to post this message yesterday but it looks to me like I never sent
it or, it got lost... anyways here it is
I need to find some place that can make me cheap PC boards. Most places
want $100 at least. Is there not a place that can make plain old double
sided boards for cheap? A canadian place would be best. I've got some
pretty complex boards made for my bot, their too complex that I don't think
I could make them without screwing up. I only have two requirements; that
they work, and that at least a few of the holes can be plated through. Can
anyone help me out?
I saw some place on the net that would make them for like $20, but I lost
the URL.

I had posted this yesterday, but there's a company in bulgaria that does
small ones for $26. Plus international shipping.

That being said, I'd highly recommend APCircuits. I just finished a 9x5
board for a stamp project. Design submitted on monday night at about
midnight, got the boards this morning.

If you find that URL for the $20 boards PLEASE send it to me. :-) I don't
think you will find anyone that will be able to do the boards for much less
than $100 in small quantities. The setup for making them is the main up
front cost and that pretty much does away with the cheap part. There are a
few companies, one is Express PCBs but they too will be at least $100 for the
first board and probably more.
Wish I could give you better news.
