To all,
Is anyone else receiving multiple copies of the same email ?
I am receiving at least 2 copies of each posting. This only
started happening when the stamps list changed to egroups.

Thanks for any info.

Regards,
John

Yes I get two of everything from egroups also.

I emailed their service address and they told me that they only send one
email and that it must by my Outlook exchange server duplicating the emails
(ever notice how it's always sombody elses fault). Of course when I told
them that emails from their server are the only ones being duplicated the
    declined to reply further.

Mabey If we all begin a campaign to email them daily they would take a
serious look into this problem and try to resolve it.

Just for the record how many others who are reciving duplicate emails from
egroups are on Outlook exchange servers?

    Regards,
    Mike

I do NOT receive duplicate emails, but I don't use Outlook. No problems at
my end that I've seen at all.

Is there any possibility that those who do receive multiple copies of
messages somehow have been subscribed twice? Does anyone know how to check
    for that?

    weeks.

I use Outlook and have not been recieving duplicates. Perhaps your versions
are not up to date, or your ISP has difficulty communicating with eGroups?

I registered after the conversion. I use Outlook Express now, I was using
regular Outlook before but when I upgraded my IE from 5.0 to 5.01, it
    installed Outlook Express.
