How about a better one: since the server can filter particular words, why
not filter out all messages containing the U-word? This and the reminder
feature would cut out a lot of futile attempts.
With the large number of emails requesting unsubscription that are posted
to this group (and hence to the wrong address), I wonder if the group's
owner would consider using Egroup's "reminder" facility to auto-post a
reminder every week or so?
