PC board layout

I am working with a group on a project using the BS2. We want to lay out
our design on a printed circuit board. We plan to use the 24 pin socket
version of the BS2. Is there a library describing the BS2 for use with
schematic capture and pc board layout programs? Several programs I have
investigated accept Microsim/Orcad libraries. We would like to do the
layout in a schematics capture program and then have a layout program do
the routing for us. Please give me pointers.

Making a library part for the Basic Stamp2 is about a 10 minute job in
Orcad Capture. One thing you will want to pay special attention to is the
power pins. You will want to leave the option open to use unregulated 9V to
pin 24 in some cases or regulated 5V to pin 21 for other situations. As far
as PCB layout is concerned, you will just pick a 24 pin dip footprint for
the Stamp2. You can contact me off-list and I can e-mail you the library
part I made. It is in Orcad YMMV.
