I am making a battery powered stamp project and need very bright LEDs that
pull the least amount of current possible. my battery budget allows for
about 1 ma of current.
I currently am using red but will probably change to yellow or white or
whatever the human eye is most sensitive to.
I also need then to be diffused.
anybody out there have the inside scoop on super high efficient and super
bright LED
I need about 20 to 30 pieces
thanks

Good luck! Even the super efficient HLMP-xxxx series pull 2-3mA and
they're tiny (3mm). Don't know what they rate MCD-wise but I guess they're
about average brightness for their size.
Best, Duncan
blinking LED might get peoples attention better.
