Alex,
Well, if your getting 0000 when reading in the frequency, you must
have simply connected someting up wrong. Double check that
everything's connected the way it should be, and that you don't have
any loose wires. Also, make sure you entered the STAMP program in
correctly to read the frequency. If you can get the 000 to be 38000,
then you've got it.
