DS1775, Digital Thermometer

Hi There,
I am designing a Senior Project for my EE class. I bought a Basic
Stamp Rev.D to use with the stepper motor and the DS1775 Digital
Thermometer. I have problems with coding the DS1775 and to talk to
the Microcontroller to instruct the stepper motor to move according
to the temperature. Is there anyone have any idea how it should be
coded and how to have it talk together. I would appreciated very much
for your help.

operates at up to 10 MHZ. However the clock signal for the BS@2 is
20mhz. how do I generate a clock signal for the Interval time?
