What is the best technique for mounting circuit components on a Stamp
carrier board? Are the holes linked electrically, or are they all
isolated from each other? I THINK that the first hole beside each
pin of the stamp socket are tied to the Stamp's pin, but beyond
those,
how does one tie two adjacent sockets/holes in order to continue a
particular circuit? Just glob some solder in there?<GGG>

independent. You can solder sockets there and interconnect pins by
wire-wrapping.
