As another Hotmail user, I'll share what (little) I know:
Last night while trying to check my Stamp mailbox here, I received a message
saying that the system was "unavailable at the moment". they went out of
their way to be vague about what was going on (par for the course for MS).
Usually when I see a link in a hotmail message, I don't bother to click on
it, since all it does is spawn a new browser window with their ad bar in a
frame up top (...and then you may have problems with displaying the page
again should you like what you see and bookmark the site, since you're
actually bookmarking the hotmail frame as well). What I usually do is
highlight and copy the link text from the message, <ctrl+N> for a new
browser window, then paste the address into the location bar of the new
window. This gets you to where you want to be without the nuisance of the
MSN ad, and you can freely bookmark the location and be sure you can get
back there later.
Hope this helps...

the next unread message in their inbox? This seems to have begun about the
same time as the new format changes and about the time we went to the
Egroups board service. Of course email to MS goes unanswered. Thanks
