windows 98 error message

I have been able to install on 2 NT machines
the Self-installing BASIC Stamp II,
IISX Windows 95/98/NT4.0 editor, v. 1.091 beta.
However on a windows 98 machine I continue to
receive this error message:

(3.20) C:\STAMP\STAMPW V1.091.EXE: Dispatcher initialisation error 11

Is this a win 98 problem or Stamp Editor problem?

I got nearly the same error after I upgraded from Win98 to Win2000. I
happened to have a copy of version 1.04 laying around on my hard drive,
and it seems to work just fine. It's not a great solution, but it
keeps me working.... If anyone has a better fix for this I would be
happy to hear it.
