Help with Led's !!

Hi everyone,··
I have in hands·two led's boards, these boards composes·16·led's long for 8·high, I had the idea·to create a digital clock, ·but·I need a bit·of help with the code, this boards is controlled by a chip 74HC245 and 16 toshiba ic's led drivers, I know·that the buffer chip needs 4 signals, clock, data, strobe, and enable.·
Please if somebody can help me with this project I will very glad.
