Can you pwm switch halogen lamps to control power consumption and briliancy?

    Is it 12VDC. Halogen? if yes, you can using PWM control power discrete part,
    but output light didn't linear to control signal.

    if AC Halogen, you may require phase angle trigger circuit (dimmer) to do.
