Basic Stamp Topic
I think there should be separate subtopics for each Stamp category in the Basic Stamp Main Topic. Like BS1; BS2; BS2sx...
Especially a devision between the BS1/BS2 and the more advanced stamps like BS2P and the rest.

I do not own any type of Basic Stamp at the moment.

While it would be nice to have posts about specifics on the BS1, BS2, BS2p and so on in separate subtopics, it would soon degenerate into chaos unless the moderators worked overtime to move and copy posts from forum to forum as very few posts and responses are that 'narrow'.
(Often, when someone asks for how to do something with one Stamp, the answer is to use another, better suited one, or some really good programmer, like Al or Jon, steps in and explains how it can be done in such a simple and obvious way on even the BS1 that no one else even though of it... )
Maybe the BS1 could use its own subtopic, but that's the only one.
Put [bs1] [bs2p] etc in the top of the post and if permited in a subject line.
That would help.
but its not big deal

Not too sure this is that place to post a query!
I would like to know of any Community Colleges that uses Parallax materials in their Electronics curriculum? I would like to make contact!

For what it is worth, California State University Long Beach (4 year college) uses Basic Stamps and the SX in the cirriculum.

I also use the BoeBOT in an introductory robotics course within an Electrical Engineering Technician program at Algonquin College. My students also tend to use the Stamp BS2 and SX in their third year projects in the Electrical Engineering Technology programs.
