HELP needed on Basic Stamp SX

Hi, we are a group of students from Singapore Polytechnic, we're verturing into the Basic Stamp 2 SX controller chip for our final year projects.

We're using the Basic Stamp 2 SX command (DTMF) to make phone a dialing by using the given sample program and connect through the given circuit diagram, however the command doesn't really function properly(improper dialing and noise overheard on the phone itself).

Any masters of Basic Stamp 2 SX, could possibily tell me what's the reason behind it???

I've attached a program for our Audio AppMod that uses DTMF tones and adjusts for differences between the BS2sx and the BS2 -- this should help you out. Many of our older demos are targeted at the stock BS2 (our biggest seller) and may (depending on commands used) require a bit of modification to run on the BS2sx. You can, of course, find differences between the BS2 and BS2sx in the Help file. If you ever find code with {$STAMP BS2} embedded, you may need to make adjustments for the BS2sx.· That is not the case, however, with the attached program; it uses conditional compilation to adjust the code for the BASIC Stamp module being programmed.
