Darlington array on NX 1000 Board

what is the driver voltage for the darlington array (ULN 2003) on the NX -1000 board? Can I wire directly from BS I/O Pin to the driver input? I tried to wire 5V directly to driver #1, and place +12Vdc to the +V port, but don't get any output from Q1. Thanks

The ULN2003 provides Vss to the external circuit, not +12 (which is available the +V terminal on the NX-1000). If you were using that to drive a unipolar stepper, for example, the common(s) would connect to +V and the individual phase control wires would connect to ULN2003 outputs.
