Serial flow control

I have a unit that needs to transmit at least 150 bytes of TTL level serial data to a Stamp. The unit has a CTS input.·

Am I correct in assuming that if I connect the·TX pin to the Stamp Rpin and the CTS pin to the Stamp Fpin I can use the Serin flow control to receive the data one byte at a time?
