email notification

how do you turn off email notification of new posts? When I registered I choose "no email" But am still getting it. I checked the settings again and the settings say "no email". Its clogging up my yahoo email something terrible.

    Click on the Control Panel button and then click on the Edit Subscriptions link. You will see a list of all of the forums and threads for which you are subscribed. Click on the checkbox of each forum or thread to delete the subscription.
