Signature bug

In my signature, there are supposed to be 12 bytes with 8 bits each.· But for some reason, 13 bytes show up, with the eighth byte having a missing bit.
It's supposed to look like this (hoping this will display correctly)
"01001000 01100101 01101100 01101100 01101111 00100000 01110111 01101111 01110010 01101100 01100100 00100001"

and this is a cut-and-paste copy of what's in my signature, but if you look below at how my signature actually comes out, you can see the problem.

I found the signature field a bit quirky too. My signature as a mysterious extra line.

An extra newline would almost be forgiveable, but it should never manufacture text, such as in DGS' post. I have added this issue to my list.

I have discovered that it takes 30 minutes for changes I make in the sig to become active, and now I'm using i's and o's, seems to be working out alright.

Still wondering about the 1's and 0's though.
