My Build keeps failing :(

This is the error that is shown every time I try to run any program (when connected to the board). I'm so confused because the board flashes whenever I run the program, so I know it's connected...please help

Well, guess the first think to check is that it is actually on COM3...

Personally, I would download the Prop Tool and use it to do "Identify" to see what port it is actually connected to and that the connection is good...
