Basic editor identify different BS2p

Hi everyone, I've been using BS2p40s for years without any particular problems, but yesterday something strange happened to me. I connected my PC to a card with a BS2p40 installed for an update, and the editor detected a BS2e and didn't give me the option to select a different device. What do you think could have happened? Has this ever happened to anyone?
