Need some help, Propeller Tool hangs at startup

I get the splash screen, then two fast plings and then no more loading! Cursor circle keeps running endlessly!
In the background there are one error message seen, out of two possible:


Could be two reasons for this situation, the computer did undergo an unexpected update the previous day, the other possibility is that I doubleclicked a spin file to start the application, instead of just click the Propeller Tool Icon. (Done that many times before just to save time, without any problem.)

Nothing I have done has helped. But I haven't done much, just tried to remove the Propeller Tool with uninstall program (unins000.exe) then downloaded and setup a new one.
But with the same result.

I'm running Windows 11. Probably a Register problem but know to little to begin digging into that all by myself.

So now I'm into big troubles here, and ask the forum experts to help me solve this issue.
