Hunt for old documentation for servo controller 28823 USB

Hi all,
I am resurrecting an old skulltronix prop that uses the servo controller board 28823. I'm looking for documentation on the servo board to help solve a problem with the prop.
Specifically for those interested, the servo board triggers a relay to connect power to the servos so they aren't always "on" at rest. My relay is bad so I swapped it out for a generic relay that is commonly used in Arduino projects. The problem is that it isn't triggered as I expected. The old relay board is an unknown, custom component and I hoped that I could swap it for a generic board. Apparently not. I want to back-engineer the wiring to see what signal voltage is supposed to trigger the relay so I can decide to keep it or bypass it as a lost cause.
