Great video explaining the breakdown of switching power supply circuits (23min)

I didn't really understand what purpose some of the components in an SMPS had, but feel like this video did a nice job explaining all the way from the mains/AC side to the output/DC side. There are some nice analogies, it's well-paced, and the author doesn't use much EE-speak, so I think it's approachable for a lot more people.
