Hello, I have a serial homework board and I would like to connect the TTL to USB serial converter FT232RL, to communicate between my PC and the board and thus be able to program

If you can't find any ZT213's, the MAX213 is a drop in replacement and available.

Other way around. The MAX213 is the original, and that odd named one is the replacement. Take a good look at the schematic for the regular adapter we use. It should give both part numbers as well as connector pinout numbers.
