Is there documentation available for this somewhere? I some how have an image of it, yet none of the details, must have been from the old site that seems to have finally gone away.

I have a couple of those too. The Proto USB has the Prop in the center, a power jack, power switch as in pic. Part # 32812, I added the jumper sockets and pins.
