MakeCode extension for the Waveshare TFT module

I have returned to the subject of the Waveshare LCD module for the Microbit after I realized that the Microbits SPI programmed with python runs 3 to 4 times slower than if it is programmed with JavaScript. That is a huge difference.

I have created an extension specifically for this module at https://github.com/Jeff-Squared/pxt-18-tft
