USB oscilloscope Help not working

From the program v5.1.1, W10 or direct using chrome or IE a window comes up with an empty left pane and a large empty right pane, but no contents.
The question I'm trying to answer is how long it records signals for so they can be reviewed or saved.

If you are referring to the help menu, I get the same result in Windows 10. I am attaching the PDF's associated with the product that may help.
The "Understanding Signals Txt" was too big to upload to the forum, but here is a link to download all the files for the Scope:

I tried to set the Scope software to Windows XP compatibility, but that did not help in viewing the Help file.

I remember having to download and install the help program for Windows, but there isn't a version after Windows 8.1.
