Trying to find an obscure sensor

I'm on the hunt for a source of an obscure sensor. It's used in cheap e-cigs.
It detects a slight vacuum (when the user inhales) as the trigger.
Attached is an image of the rear of this sensor.
If someone knows the correct name or better yet a source, I'd really appreciate!
it.
Thanks
Jeff

Capacitive... Does it "sounds" similar to an electret microphone???
Hope it helps
Henrique
P.S. Yep, they seem to be a byproduct from mike engineering/design:
