Removing Propeller Tool older versions

Having difficulty re-installing Propeller Tool ver 2.5.3. Have used add/remove to uninstall and deleted documents folder "Propeller Tool" and deleted file In Program Files (x86)\Parallax Inc. Downloaded
Setup-Propeller-Tool-v2.5.3.zip. Everytime this is installed the old versions and library files show up and none of the new Library files with spin2 show up. (Propeller Tool v1.2.7(R2) and Propeller Tool v1.3.2)
How to you delete everything and re-install.
