iPad as a terminal

Has anyone used an iPad as a terminal linked via blutooth to a P1 or P2. Mainly just curious, as I have an RN42(?) blutooth module to install on the Prop.

    According to a post by Mike Green, the RN42 uses Serial Port Protocol (SSP). Apparently iPhone and iPad devices don't use this protocol directly. It might be possible to find an app which uses this protocol but I don't have Apple devices myself.

    There are multiple Android terminal programs which should work with the RN42.

    You could try looking at the Cypress Semi (now part of infineon) Bluetooth development kits. The CY8CKIT-042-BLE kit uses an iphone as an example. That may give you a place to start for iphone to bluetooth.
