Driving EVE2/EVE3/EVE4 displays with MatrixOrbital's code

EVE is a series of GPU chips from FTDI that are included in several LCD display modules.

I had previously gotten many of FTDI's C examples to work using FlexC.

But, the FTDI driver is very messy.

Matrix Orbital has a much cleaner driver in GitHub: https://github.com/MatrixOrbital/EVE2-Library
Wasn't too much trouble to get this working with P2 (see attached code).

I hope they forgive me for using a NewHaven LCD with their driver.
MatrixOrbital actually has a lot of great looking displays, including some with the new EVE3 and soon EVE4 chips.

Next, I have to try the Gameduino driver and see which one I like better...
