What are the chances I really found a Toddler for sale (new)? I suspect I’ll get an email soon enough that they don’t really have one. I could have been scammed too.

We’ll just have to see.

I tried ordering a Parallax kit from that same outfit a number of years ago and they just ended up canceling my order.

This brings up another question. With no WiFi or Bluetooth module how you get all the robots to start at the same time?

I believe they used the old 433MHz transceivers that they used to sell. Could be done easily with Xbee nowadays.

Correct - I used the old 433 MHz transceivers where you had to do your own checksums and data validation. It's so much easier today.
