Proptool Library

I've uninstalled the prop tool and reinstalled to a MyProgs folder to avoid windows ProgramFiles folder.
Now it won't recognize my new library folder.

I've read in other threads that it may be a registry problem: If so; Does anyone know how to go about that. ie: what to change?
Or am I barking the wrong tree?

Clock Loop

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ParallaxInc\Propeller\1.3.2

Check value: LibraryPaths

Default value: C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallax Inc\Propeller Tool v1.3.2\Library\
Change it to your path? No idea if this will work.
