Well, in trying to optimize the demo (
which i'll post with source into it's own thread later
), I've optimized VJET a bit more, to the point where I can call it version 1.0.
The only API change from the previous versions is that the polygon function now has an additional parameter to force it to interpret the polygon as clockwise or counterclockwise. Pass 0 to get the usual auto-detection.
The more important changes are internal: Display list data is now more compact and the render cogs can handle more shapes before the screen starts to distort.
As everyone has already stated above "WOW!!!"
I want to say THANK YOU to ALL of you experienced guys who keep posting awesome stuff here.
because that is what EMPOWERS and DRIVES us beginners to learn more.
Its way over my head, but still it encourages me not to give up!
Don't worry. I am a 'Oldtimer' here and @Wuerfel_21 who jumped into this not long ago has already surpassed me with her programming ability.
I am amazed by her skills to squeeze stuff like this out of the P1, she seems to be a very dedicated and smart woman and is helping out others here in the forums too.
So WOW is my comment also.
